STUDIO POLICIES
Cancellation /Reschedule Policy:
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY
Client has 24 hours to cancel their appointment. If the service booked required a deposit, you must reschedule appointment(s) within 48 hours and complete services within 30 days. Failure to reschedule accordingly or cancel within 24 hours will result in one or a combination of the following: forfeited deposit(s), loss of visit if on monthly membership or package. To reschedule you must do so through Vagaro book system or notify bask at hello@baskhouston.com. Text or DM does not constitute rescheduling.
Deposit, No Show, Late, Policies and Fees:
All services require a credit card capture (card on file). Card is not used unless you fail to comply with studio policies. Bask brows and skin requires a 20% deposit for services bookings greater to or equal to $499 and a deposit for same day services for new clients. *Deposits are used towards your appointment(s) unless you no show. "No Showing" triggers a forfeiture of your deposit(s). In addition, if you “No Show” you will be assessed a 20% "No Show fee" for the total cost of all services you booked. For members on packages or memberships, the same rules apply, and your monthly visit and/or package visit will be deducted. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be considered a "no show" and charged according to policy.
Arrivals:
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment.
All sales are final. No extra guests.
PARKING & ENTERING
Park closest to the Molina's Cantina entrance.
Enter 410 and hit call. Once inside, come upstairs and type 410 again to call studio.

PROMOTIONAL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
If you are booking a special or promotion- you will purchase using special link or code. After purchase you will return to services menu, and request that service. The service will show full price, and that is okay, proceed to request appointment. You will be asked for a card on file, however it will not be charged. After service is completed we'll check out. At this time any promotional package or service you've purchased will pull from your account and you'll be good to go!
MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES (cancellations, unused visits) -LAST UPDATED MARCH 2024
Commitment: All memberships require a 90 day commitment. D
Cancellation: A 30 day written notice is required via email-hello@backhouston.com. If you do this during a billing cycle, you will have until the next date your payment would have drafted to use your visit(s).
Unused visits DO NOT ROLL OVER.
